About
I build clarity where the enterprise is complex.
My career spans large-scale banking technology, enterprise data transformation and regulated insurance. The common thread is not a particular platform or methodology. It is turning ambiguity into decisions, operating models and measurable outcomes.
How I work
I am most useful where transformation crosses organisational boundaries. Data ownership is unclear. Investment choices compete. Risk matters. Delivery needs momentum. And success depends on people who do not necessarily report to the same leader.
My approach is to make the decisions explicit: what outcome matters, who owns it, what evidence is required, what risk is acceptable, and what should stop if the evidence is not there.
Career arc
At Standard Chartered, I led significant finance technology and data portfolios across multiple markets. At NRI and Main Roads Western Australia, the challenge shifted from technology delivery to enterprise alignment around data ownership and operating model. More recently, my scope broadened into enterprise portfolio leadership, Board-level reporting and Data & AI governance in a regulated insurance environment.
Current focus
I am particularly interested in the point where data, AI, digital and enterprise transformation meet: moving beyond pilots and strategy decks into trusted capabilities that change how an organisation makes decisions and delivers value.
